Limited support during first half of October

As you might know, AirlineSim is primarily run by two people at the moment: Lena answers your support questions and takes care of things like logo screening and in-game reports while yours truly does all the development and technical communication (including a weekly development log, just in case you missed it).

Just as Lena is on a three-week holiday that's been planned for months already, I had a personal thing come up on very short notice that'll keep me very busy for the coming two to three weeks. Speak of perfect timing! So while I will try my very best to keep up with my support duties, I have to ask for your understanding that latency might be a bit higher than usual, that small logos might be stuck in the screening queue for a while and that tricky cases might have to wait until Lena is back.

As such, if you come across any issues - either with the game as such or potential bugs - please make sure to make the forums or our Discord server your first points of call. More often than not our community members and volunteer supporters are perfectly capable of answering your questions.

Things should be back to normal in the week starting October 21st.
